Frequently asked questions
Does the converter support EUR statements?
Yes. Amounts in euro are read with the local number format and the currency is carried into Excel, OFX and QBO exports.
What if my bank in Germany isn't listed?
Upload it anyway — there are no bank templates. The reconciliation check confirms whether every transaction was captured.
Which date format will my export use?
Excel and OFX use real dates. For CSV and QIF you can choose MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY at export time; DD.MM.YYYY is typical in Germany.
