Refund policy

- 14-day window: if you're unhappy with a new subscription or page pack, email us within 14 days of the payment for a full refund, provided you've used less than 20% of the pages purchased.
- Failed conversions are never charged against your allowance, so there is nothing to refund.
- Renewals: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you forgot, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund unused renewals.
- How: email support [at] docuclipper [dot] net from your account email. Refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method.
Statutory rights in your country (for example EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights) are not affected.
