Terms of service

Last updated

These terms form an agreement between you and StatementPilot for use of StatementPilot. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

StatementPilot extracts transactions from documents you upload and lets you review and export them. Extraction is automated; you are responsible for reviewing results, especially when the reconciliation check reports a difference, before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18. You may only upload documents you are authorised to process.

3. Plans, billing and usage

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Page allowances reset monthly and do not roll over; page-pack pages do not expire. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. See our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to break security or limits, no reselling of the service without written permission, and no uploading of malware.

5. Your data

You own your documents and extracted data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice and do not guarantee that every extraction is error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with notice. Questions: support [at] docuclipper [dot] net.
