Dates look wrong (day and month swapped)
How date order is detected and how to fix swapped day/month dates.
We detect whether a statement uses day-first or month-first dates from unambiguous dates (like 25/03) and the statement's currency and country. If every date is ambiguous (all days ≤ 12), the currency decides.
If dates are swapped, edit the statement's dates in the review table, or contact support with the bank name so we can improve detection.
When exporting CSV or QIF, choose the date format your target software expects.
