Convert CIH Bank bank statements to Excel, CSV & QBO
Convert CIH Bank bank statements (PDF or scanned) to Excel, CSV, QBO or OFX, reconciled against the solde final. Free for 20 pages a month.
Quick answer
Download your CIH Bank bank statement as a PDF from CIH Online / CIH Mobile under Relevés, upload it to StatementPilot, and export Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX or QIF. We check that the "Solde initial" plus every transaction equals the "Solde final" so you know nothing was missed.
What a CIH Bank bank statement looks like
CIH Bank relevés list Date, Libellé, Débit, Crédit and Solde, and CIH Mobile allows downloading statements by date range.
Moroccan 'relevé de compte' PDFs list Date opération, Date valeur, Libellé, Débit, Crédit, and show 'Solde initial' / 'Solde final' or 'Ancien solde' / 'Nouveau solde'.
How to convert a CIH Bank statement
- Sign in to CIH Online / CIH Mobile under Relevés and download the statement for the period you need as a PDF (not a screenshot).
- If the PDF is password-protected, open it and save an unprotected copy first.
- Upload one or several months to StatementPilot. Scanned or photographed statements are read with OCR.
- Check the reconciliation panel: the "Solde initial" plus deposits minus withdrawals should equal the "Solde final".
- Export to Excel or CSV for analysis, or QBO/OFX/QIF to import into Sage, Excel and Odoo.
Dates, amounts and account numbers in Morocco
French-language statements use spaces or periods for thousands and a comma for decimals (1 234,56). Columns are usually labelled Débit and Crédit. We read the date order from the statement itself and default to DD/MM/YYYY for Morocco, so 03/04 is never silently swapped.
Accounts are identified by a 24-digit RIB (relevé d'identité bancaire). Only the masked or last digits are carried into QBO/OFX files, as those importers expect.
Importing CIH Bank transactions into your accounting software
Accountants in Morocco most often import into Sage, Excel, Odoo and QuickBooks Online. Choose QBO for QuickBooks, the Xero CSV for Xero, OFX for most other packages, or Excel/CSV for anything else.
When your bank feed only goes back a few months, converted CIH Bank statements fill the gap for older periods without manual typing.
Why statements are still needed
Statements are needed for visa files, loan applications and bookkeeping under the Moroccan general accounting standard (CGNC).
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert a CIH Bank bank statement to Excel?
Yes. Upload the PDF and download an .xlsx file with date, description, amount and balance columns plus a summary sheet showing the solde initial, solde final and reconciliation result.
How do I get my CIH Bank statement as a PDF?
Statements are available in CIH Online / CIH Mobile under Relevés. Choose the statement period and download or save it as a PDF; a printed copy can also be scanned or photographed and uploaded.
Can I import CIH Bank transactions into Sage?
Yes. Export the converted statement in the format Sage accepts (QBO, OFX or a formatted CSV) and import it as a bank statement file. Dates are written in the format your software expects.
Do I need a CIH Bank template?
No. StatementPilot doesn't rely on bank-specific templates, so redesigned CIH Bank statements and older layouts both work. The reconciliation check confirms nothing was missed.
