Deleting conversions and your account
How to delete individual conversions or your whole account and data.
- Delete a conversion: open it (or find it in History) and click Delete. The original file and extracted data are removed immediately.
- Automatic deletion: original files are deleted 24 hours after processing; conversions are deleted at the end of your plan's retention period.
- Delete your account: go to Settings › Delete account, or email support. All conversions and files are removed.
